Cancellation Policy

All bookings must be made through our website. - Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. 2. **Cancellation and Rescheduling:** - Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund. - Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the appointment without any additional charge. 3. **Technical Requirements:** - Clients must have a stable internet connection, a device with a camera, and access to the agreed-upon video conferencing platform. - Please test your equipment before the appointment to ensure it is working properly. 4. **Client Responsibilities:** - Be prepared to provide a virtual tour of the plants and areas of concern. - Ensure good lighting and clarity during the inspection. 5. **Privacy and Confidentiality:** - All virtual inspections are confidential and will not be recorded without prior consent. - Personal information provided during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of the appointment. 6. **Limitation of Liability:** - While we strive to provide the best possible advice, we are not liable for any issues arising from the virtual inspection due to limitations in observation.
