Why is it important to understand basic plant terminology and requirements? Every plant is unique and has its own requirements of sunlight, water and fertilizer. When given the correct conditions, plants will be healthy and thrive. Inspections may be done in person or virtually. This is the prerequisite to learning more about the challenges you may face and solutions for sick plants.
Cancellation Policy
1. All bookings must be made through our website. - Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. 2. **Cancellation and Rescheduling:** - Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund. - Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the appointment without any additional charge. 3. **Technical Requirements:** - Clients must have a stable internet connection, a device with a camera, and access to the agreed-upon video conferencing platform. - Please test your equipment before the appointment to ensure it is working properly. 4. **Client Responsibilities:** - Be prepared to provide a virtual tour of the plants and areas of concern. - Ensure good lighting and clarity during the inspection. 5. **Privacy and Confidentiality:** - All virtual inspections are confidential and will not be recorded without prior consent. - Personal information provided during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of the appointment. 6. **Limitation of Liability:** - While we strive to provide the best possible advice, we are not liable for any issues arising from the virtual inspection due to limitations in observation.
